跟老板的争执。

几天前，我和我几位同事为了公积金的事跟老板起了争执。


各位，你们大家都知道公积金的条例和算法吧。
但是我老板拒绝还他该还的12%。
他说他的12%已近算在我工资里面了。
所以说哪12%是从我工资里扣除。 
打个比方
小明的工资是180元一个月。
180 - 12%（老板该还的）-11%（自己该还的）
所以说小明的真正工资是138.6元。 
但是老板一直说他给的工资是180元。，而却是多过市价。

我们所面对的情况就是这样的。 
所以我老板就跟我同事起了争执。
当时我没有出声。
他们在吵我在听。但是突然间，老板就问我，kev，wat you wan frm me? tell truth .
那我就说阿。 
我说其实你给的工资并没有高过市价。
其实算来算去都是一样。 
所以不要那5% profit sharing .
我只要回我原本的工资+老板还12%的公积金。
就这样罢了。。
然后他就针对我骂，骂了一大堆。。 
到最后，他就所好了。
这件事到此为止。
明天起当没有事情发生。


可是到了第2天。
他并没有那么做。
他跟我另一个同事说他有要吵我跟另一个同事的念头。 
然后又抓我跟我同事来骂。 
说什么本来要炒掉我们啦，但是到最后，不要炒我们是因为她不喜欢炒人，看我们可怜之类的鸟话。 
还说我们不会向他说对不起啦。什么~什么啦。。。一大堆鸟话就对了拉。。。


你们大家看完后，自己想想，到底是我错还是我对。。。


* 我跟他做那么就他还没有给我肯定书签，还没有肯定我的哦。。 还有最基本的的offer latter到没有给我。 


*当我跟他说我要辞职，他还叫我不要弄到他去外边搞坏我的名义。 恐怖的是，他说我这样对他，我会有报应。。

maybe i gave you the time is short. maybe you think i giving you chance to talk shit about me or destroy my name. but do you considering actually i am not? think yourself. i working with you 6more then 6 months. do you give me offer latter ? i just keep my mouth shut bcoz i trust you but that day you said want to fire me! the moment ,i realised that i am in danger situation.. you're boss, you can straight tell me ' Kevin you're fired, 2moro don't need come work.' I don't wan end up like bruno's', i didn't do anything wrong but get fired. (Bruno's is a restaurant). i am scared coz i am not like other ppl come frm rich family and i can not depand on my parent . mayb you feel that i am selfish and not loyalty. i don't denies that and I'm not admit that. if you really think like tat then you can ask the stuff who r the one go to shop every Sunday to prepare thing 4 Monday ? even got personal thing to rush, no matter how late also go shop. this called selfish ? not loyalty ? by the way i am sorry coz i may make you angry and not happy. you can destroy my name any-time. you can talk shit about me any-time. i believe you can, but pls consider all the issue be4 you do that. i can not do anything to stop you to do tat so i just accept it and let you be . god punish pplwho are do bad thing not punish ppl standing at the right.i am not afraid coz i can swear to god i am giving you all the best.

my answer is very simple, i only tell the truthand the turth is that i have not betrayed you in your very actions shows your selfishness. i am not goin to weste my time to writing explanations to you but be4 you use the god's name so easily, when you are not being honest with me and choose to malign my actions. you are certainly not giving your best.


after few hours ago , i received other sms

1) lying to ppl who has been kind to you.
2) letting your friends down.
3)maligning one who has only been kind to you .


queries.
1) if you have done no wrong, dare you see me face to face and tell me what you wrote in the sms ?  
2)is lying or abandoning you colleagues a bad thing o not ?
3)am i lying when i tell the truth of what you did like lying and quitting with no notice?
4)how is it a bad thing when i tell the truth of your behaviour? or do you expect me to lie about you ?
5)quitting with no notice and being fired with notice, which is rite??


facts
1) do not be surprised that i will go to your church and let your priest knw and to decide whether your actions are right o wrong? this is a promise.
2) only the truth and not lies can destroy the reputation of  anyone.
3)telling the truth is nv a bad thing.
